FAQ

What actually is mouth tape, and why would I use it?

It's a gentle strip that keeps your lips together while you sleep, so you breathe through your nose instead of your mouth. Nose breathing releases nitric oxide (which helps your body take up oxygen more efficiently), filters and humidifies the air, steadies your airflow to reduce snoring, and stops the overnight dry mouth mouth-breathers wake up with. Read the full science here.

Isn't taping your mouth shut scary?

It's a small strip, not a full seal — you can still open your mouth and talk if you need to. It simply encourages your lips to stay together so you default to nasal breathing. Most people forget it's there within a couple of nights.

Will it stay on if I have a beard or stubble?

Yes. The adhesive is skin-friendly and designed to hold on facial hair while still peeling off cleanly in the morning — no ripping, no sticky residue.

Is it safe? Any reason not to use it?

For most healthy adults, mouth taping is very low-risk. Don't use it if you have severe nasal congestion or obstruction, or if you have (or suspect) sleep apnoea, without first speaking to your doctor. It's a comfort product, not a medical device or a treatment for any condition.

How many nights does one pack last?

Each pack holds 30 strips — one per night, so roughly a month. The Better-Sleep Bundle (3 packs) covers about 90 nights.

What if it doesn't work for me?

Try it for 30 nights. If you're not sleeping better, email us for a full refund — keep the pack. That's the whole risk.

How fast does it ship?

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Free UK shipping on orders over £35.
